About the role
We’re hiring an a Solutions Engineer to join our Tel Aviv office. This is a core role at Ledge, responsible for bridging customer requirements with technical execution. You’ll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive adoption and long-term value.
We’re looking for someone who is technical enough to build and strategic enough to influence product, while communicating well to handle complex client interactions with ease.
What you’ll do
- Own and drive the technical onboarding and solution design process
- Manage integrations, data flows, and configuration setups with client teams
- Work alongside Engineering to shape feature requirements based on real-world needs
- Design scalable frameworks and reusable templates for future implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders across time zones and departments
- Support go-live readiness and validate system functionality
- Help create internal tools, documentation, and client-facing resources
What we're looking for
- Finance or accounting experience, or 3–5 years in a similar role (Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Implementation)
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, data pipelines, and system integrations - must
- Hands-on experience working with APIs, SQL, scripting, and cloud platforms - must
- Ability to handle both technical deep-dives and strategic planning conversations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with evolving processes
- Full professional proficiency in English - must
- Based in the Tel Aviv area and available for on-site work
