Customer Accounting & Onboarding Analyst

Join our growing Customer Success team at Ledge, where you'll play a pivotal role in onboarding our newly acquired customers into our platform. In this role, your accounting and finance expertise will guide our customers in automating and streamlining complex payment reconciliation workflows. You’ll interpret financial data, provide actionable insights, and be integral to developing and sustaining strong customer relationships.
We are looking for a professional with a strong background in accounting or finance, who is motivated to work with data and technology in a growing field of financial automation. While technical skills are valuable, an eagerness to learn and adapt is equally important.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- Familiarity with ERP systems, and an understanding of general accounting principles and workflows
- Ability to interpret financial workflows, and translate them into logical systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in conversations across finance and technology domains
- An analytical mindset with experience in identifying patterns in financial datasets to drive actionable insights
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technical systems, with foundational knowledge in SQL as an advantage
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where you may go beyond traditional job boundaries
What you can expect
- In your first week, you will:
- Explore and review multiple existing customers’ financial datasets
- Dive into a new customer’s data, extract rules that govern it, and collect meaningful insights
- In your first month, you will:
- Discuss and map out financial workflows with customers, translating them into actionable processes
- Support the deployment of new accounting logic into production
- In your first quarter, you will:
- Independently onboard new customers and provide consistent, high-value support
- Communicate customer feedback and needs to Product and Marketing, shaping our product roadmap and customer journey
